 WILLIAM J. (BILL) ANHORN
William J. (Bill) Anhorn has been a Director of Community Credit Union since 1980. Bill was born and raised in Medicine Hat and together with his wife, Joan, continues to reside there. He is a senior partner with the law firm of Pritchard and Company and is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta. Bill is also active in the community, being a former member of the Kinsmen Club, having served on the Medicine Hat Police Commission for nine years including three years as chair, as well Parks Advisory Board and as past president of the Medicine Hat Bar Association. He was also a member of the Dues and Governance Task Force and past Chairman of the Special Task Force of Credit Union Central of Alberta.
 HELEN K.Y. CHEUNG
Helen K.Y. Cheung has a background in business, social work, psychology, personnel and intergovernmental relations. She currently works as the Manager of Employee Assistance Service for the Prairie Region of the federal government and has been in the federal public service for over two decades. Helen and her husband, Bill, are active volunteers in their community. Helen has received the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal and the Governor General's Caring Canadian Award for her contributions to her community and to Canada. In her spare time, Helen enjoys her involvement with Cantonese opera singing and performances.
 TERRY COOPER
Terry Cooper was elected to the Board of Directors of Community Credit Union in 1987, he remained a director through successive mergers with Parkland (2000), Common Wealth (2008) and Servus (2008) credit unions. Currently serving on the Audit and Finance and Enterprise Risk Management committees, Terry also serves as a director on Credit Union Central Alberta and Concentra Financial boards. For nearly four decades, Terry was employed by Medicine Hat College, beginning as a chemistry and computer science instructor, followed by several years as the Dean of Science and Technology then was appointed as the Vice President Academic in 1995. Terry possesses a doctorate in chemistry from the University of British Columbia, has studied at Central State University (Oklahoma), James Madison University (Virginia) and Harvard University (Massachusetts). Terry is a graduate of the Credit Union Director Achievement and the Institute of Corporate Directors programs. Terry and his wife Carol are long time residents of Medicine Hat; he remains actively involved in community and local organizations including the Sunrise Rotary club and Friends of Medalta Society.

Amy Corrigan is a working owner and director of the Gorts Group of Companies, a collection of small family businesses including Gorts Truckwash and Gorts Chemicals. She also runs a bookkeeping business out of her home. Amy previously served on the Board of Directors at Community Credit Union before the 2008 amalgamation. She was recently elected as a Director for the Red Deer Chamber of Commerce. Her volunteer work includes a role with the 2008 United Way campaign as the Leadership Division Chair. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, and two young children, as well as reading and camping.
 PERRY DOOLEY
Perry Dooley owns two M&M Meat Shops and is a part-time business instructor at Medicine Hat College. He has served on the boards of the Calgary Opera, Learning Disabilities Association of Canada (Calgary Chapter) and Community Credit Union. He currently serves as chairman for the M&M Meat Shops Advisory Board for Canada. Perry actively supports many local charities in Medicine Hat. He has acted as chair for the M&M Meat Shops Celebrity Golf Tournament in Calgary, benefitting the Crohn's and Colitis Association of Canada. A financial background encompassing 14 years in various leadership positions has prepared Perry well for his new position on the Servus board. Perry and his wife, Donna, have two children.
 PETER ELZINGA
Peter Elzinga has been on the Board of Servus Credit Union since 2005 and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2010. He is President of Elicia Holdings Ltd., Chair of the Alexis Paragon Board of Directors, and is a director for the 2001 World Games Legacy Foundation. Peter also serves as a director for The Peter Elzinga Family Foundation which was established in 1995 to provide an educational scholarship to those in financial need. In his eight years as a Member of the Alberta Legislature, Peter held a number of Ministerial positions including the Minister of Economic Development and Trade. He was appointed Deputy Premier and Minister of Federal and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister Responsible for Government from 1992 to 1993. Prior to his election to the Provincial Legislature Peter served for twelve years in the Parliament of Canada as the Member of Parliament for Pembina. Peter lives in Edmonton, Alberta with his wife, Patricia. They have three grown sons and four grandchildren.
 PETER GALLOWAY
Peter Galloway has served on the Servus Credit Union Board of Directors from 1998 to 2008 and as Board Chairman since 2001. He served on a variety of Board Committees including the Audit and Finance Committee, the Credit Committee and the Executive Committee, as well as two years as Vice Chairman. He also served on the Board of Pembina Sturgeon Credit Union from 1992 until its merger with Capital City Savings in 1998. A native of Fort Saskatchewan, Peter owns and operates a fourth generation family farm, Galloway Seeds, with his brother Jim and their families. He spent eight years as a Delegate with Alberta Wheat Pool, serving as Head Chairman for the Board of Delegates at the time of the merger with Manitoba Pool Elevators to form Agricore. A member of the Canadian Seed Growers Association since 1978, he was awarded their Outstanding Service Award in 2001. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta. Married, with three children, he lives in Strathcona County.
 DOUG HASTINGS
Doug Hastings (Vice Chair) has been on the Common Wealth Credit Union Board of Directors since 1997 and has served the last 7 years as Chair, along with experience as a member on most of the various Board committees. He is a graduate of the CUDA Director Achievement Program and a dedicated director. As a Land Agent at Husky Energy, Doug has accomplished management and negotiation skills. A journeyman mechanic by trade with a mixed farming background, he also ran a successful small business venture before starting his current career at Husky Energy in 2000. While growing up, a love of flying led Doug to get his pilots license, which he held for almost 30 years before selling his private plane a few years ago. He actively contributes his time to his community and his church, and resides in Lloydminster with his wife JoAnne, and their two children.
 MERV LOEWEN
Merv Loewen joined the Common Wealth Credit Union Board of Directors in 1998, and has served on various committees over the years; currently serving on the Nominating Committee and the Governance Committee. He was an educator and school administrator at the High School level for 30 years. He was Owner and President of a successful custom home building company with a consulting division for 30 years. Since retiring from education, Merv is involved in safety and management consulting, currently serves as a City Alderman for Lloydminster, and is actively involved in his church and community, volunteering with many organizations and boards, including the local Rotary club. Merv resides in Lloydminster with his wife, Joan. They have two grown children and four grandchildren.

 SIMON NEIGUM
Simon Neigum is the president of Pro Comm Solutions Inc, a Southern Alberta communications business. He brings 10 years of previous board experience to the Servus Board of Directors. He has served on the Community Credit Union and Medicine Hat and District Chamber of Commerce boards, among others. An active volunteer, Simon currently gives his time to the Heart and Stroke Golf Committee, Ducks Unlimited Golf Committee, Cancer Walk Committee, Summer Games and Continental Cup of Curling. Simon believes in the credit union system of a people-first, member-driven organization. He lives in Medicine Hat with his wife, Tabatha, and two daughters.
 PENNY REEVES
Penny Reeves has served on the Servus Credit Union Board of Directors since 2000 and has served as one of the two representatives on the Alberta Central Board since 2001. Penny has served as the Board Secretary and Chair of the Credit Union Central of Alberta since 2004. She has represented Alberta Central on the Credit Union Central of Canada Board since 2005. In 2006, the Credit Union Central of Canada Board elected Penny to serve as one of their two representatives on the Board of the World Council of Credit Unions. In 2002 Penny was elected to the Board of the Canadian Co-operative Association and the Canadian Co-operative Foundation of Canada for a three year term. Penny and her husband Bob have lived in St. Albert since 1973 and raised their two (now adult) children there. Penny co-founded and operated a small business in St. Albert for nine years. She has served on numerous boards in St. Albert and Edmonton and was an Alderman for nine years on St. Albert City Council.
 ALISON STARKE
Alison Starke joined the Common Wealth Credit Union Board of Directors in 2002, currently serving on the Executive Committee, the Audit & Finance Committee and the Nominating Committee. She is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and received her MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh in 2002. She is currently a partner in a mixed animal practice in Lloydminster, and serves as Provincial Inspector for Alberta Veterinary Medical Association. From 2002 to 2005, she acted as practice consultant and seminar speaker for Veterinary Practice Consultants (Golden CO). Alison lives in Lloydminster with her husband, Richard, and their two sons. While home schooling her children, she actively participates in her church and her community, and shares a passion for speed skating with her family.
