Full-serve transactions include staff assisted, cheques and other transactions performed in the branch.
Self-serve transactions you perform yourself without staff assistance. They include:

- Member Card® debit card & ChequeWise® payment card purchases
- Servus Credit Union & Alberta credit union ATM withdrawals
- Inquiries at any ATM
- Automated fund transfer (AFT) debits
- ATM, AFT and Merchant deposits
The following services are free for Servus Credit Union members:
- ATM transfers & bill payments from account
- Net Banking & TeleService access, transfers & inquiries
- Business Member Card
