Equipment Financing

Equipment financing is available with competitive fixed or floating interest rates. Payment schedules are geared to the estimated useful life of the equipment but also take into account the cash flow of your business.

Land/Building Financing

For construction, acquisition and expansion, Servus Credit Union offers competitive fixed or floating interest rates on loans amortized up to 240 months.

Operating Loans/Authorized Overdrafts

Our operating loans/authorized overdrafts offer competitive floating interest rates and are the perfect solution for financing receivables, inventory, seasonal requirements or other cash flow needs.

Canada Small Business Financing Program (CSBF)

The CSBF program offers term financing to small and medium-sized businesses for the acquisition of land, premises and equipment. The loans are repayable on a regular schedule over a specific period in relation to the useful life of the asset being financed. The CSBF can accommodate higher ratio financing (up to 90% for certain classes of assets) and are available with fixed or floating interest rates.

Micro Loans

For small business, Micro loans, to a maximum of $35,000, are designed to assist small businesses with start-up or expansion, readying your product or service for sale, developing or enhancing your product or service, and obtaining working capital .
