Servus Credit Union's community councils were originally established to maintain the ethnic and linguistic roots of four of the eight credit unions that merged to form the current organization.
Community Councils have proven to be an excellent tool for communication, and ensuring that community needs are identified and acted on. Allowing various communities within our trade area to have a voice in the credit union helps to ensure we remain member focused and in tune with the communities we serve.
There are now 17 linguistic or geographic councils.
