The new 6,100-square-foot facility will turn traditional banking on its head with a unique member service concept called "pod banking". Pods are circular stations with a monitor where members can stand alongside their Servus financial expert for a clear, real-time view of their financial transactions. Gone are long counters and impersonal barriers; what's left is an open and friendly atmosphere where you can feel good about your money. There is also a Wii station for the kids and fresh coffee in the large sunlit waiting areas.

Shannon Sayers will be managing our Northgate branch. Shannon, originally from Peace River, is bringing nine years of banking experience to her role, mainly with the credit union system. With Shannon, there will be a total of nine employees, six of which are existing Servus staff. Collectively this team will be bringing 35 years of banking experience, 23 of those years with the Credit Union system.

Branch hours of operations will be:

Tuesday to Friday:     10am to 6pm
Saturday:                 10am to 3pm

There is also a 24-hour drive-thru ATM for your convenience. Northgate is located at 10130 - 117th Avenue, on the bypass road through town. This location sees a lot of traffic and is close to a secondary main road, making it the place to stop and do banking on the way home from work!
