Servus Credit Union recently became aware of a call program which is soliciting credit union members in regards to their MasterCard credit card and offering a lower interest rate. Neither Servus Credit Union nor our credit card provider CUETS Financial Ltd. initiated these calls. Further, in accordance with our privacy policy, we do not provide our members' information to third parties without first obtaining consent.
If you receive a call (usually an automated message and not a live person) in regards to your MasterCard credit card, please exercise caution and do not provide the caller with your credit card number or any other personal information.
